For the past 7 years, I’ve immersed myself in metabolic health — studying emerging research, testing strategies firsthand, and discovering what actually works. I’m not a doctor or scientist, but my personal journey has given me real-world insights that no textbook can offer. I’ve turned those experiences into practical guides and tools for anyone who has struggled with weight loss or is simply curious about unlocking their best health.

While I don’t currently offer one-on-one coaching, I believe the community model is actually the better path — real relationships, shared experiments, and genuine encouragement from people on the same journey. And if you’d rather do your own research or use AI tools to design your own approach, I fully encourage that too. My goal is simply to share the tools I’ve used — and still use — so that anyone curious about how I got my results has a real starting point.
